
....So much of 'customer service' has become a frustrating automated system. That is not the way I run my business. I'm only a phone call away and happy to personally answer questions and be a "source person" for special needs. So much of my business is from repeat customers and their family and friends. As a result my efforts are appreciated and I know and enjoy the people I'm working for. It is a Win-Win all the way around.
....I treat my customers the way I like to be treated....with that the circle keeps going....it is a great way to do business and personally satisfying for all.
